Children Urinary Tract Infection
When diagnosed in children, urinary tract infection is usually not caused by the same things that causes a urinary infection in adults, such as the human papilloma virus presence.
Youngsters usually experience pain in the abdomen, flank, back or pelvic area. The urination is painful, but urges to urinate are frequent. Urine is cloudy and has an unusual smell and may contain blood. Such condition should be treated immediately.
