All uti infections begin with urethritis, the inflammation of urethra; HPV is not associated with UTIs. The usual symptoms of the disorder are: frequent urination, burning and pain during urination, cloudy or blood-tinged urine. People of all ages and sexes can develop this disorder, but women and small babies are very susceptible to it.
