Non Specific Urethritis




Non specific urethritis may be caused by human papilloma virus particularly with an ASCUS result on the pap. The cause of the infection is unknown. Normally, a swab is inserted into penis for diagnosing. A patient may need to wait a few days for results. If the infection has been diagnosed, the doctor will recommend abstaining from sex during the course of antibiotic treatment.
