Non Gonoccocal Urethritis




Non gonoccocal urethritis is usually not caused by the HPV viruses that include plantar wart and venereal wart. This infection is caused by a bacterium and is contracted through sexual contact. Prevention is easily accomplished by not having sex, wearing a condom during sexual intercourse, or by being in a mutually monogamous relationship. The usual cause of this infection is chlamydia. Seventy-five percent of women and half of men with this infection have no symptoms. Because of this the infection is spread without knowledge.
